Refund policy

Returns
If you received your sugarbeanjewelry.com order and aren’t entirely satisfied, you may return it to our headquarters within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund, less shipping. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and the invoice must be included. Original packaging is imperative to protect the item(s) in transit. Sugar Bean Jewelry reserves the right to inspect the return to determine if the item is in used or unused condition.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store or website where originally purchased. Items received at our headquarters that were not purchased through our website will not be returned, refunded, or repaired.

Sugar Bean Jewelry does not provide pre-paid shipping labels. We recommend using an insured/trackable method of shipping for your return. Sugar Bean Jewelry is not responsible for items that are not shipped via an insured/trackable carrier and are lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-6 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.

Gift Returns
Gifts purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days, for store credit on our website only, to the above address. Your returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. Your items must be in the original packaging. We will need your email and the gift giver’s full name or order number in order to reference your return. Once your return is received, a sugarbeanjewelry.com credit code will be emailed to you for the amount of the returned item(s).

Price Adjustments
Sugar Bean Jewelry will honor price adjustments, in the form of store credit, on purchases made no more than 14 days before a piece goes on sale.

Sale Items and Online Exclusives
Sale items and online exclusives are sold as final sales. Other promotions and/or vouchers may not be combined with sale items and/or online exclusive items.
