Returns

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it easy — not stressful — to fix.

30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and sent back with your order number.

Who covers return shipping
If you've simply changed your mind, you're responsible for return shipping — please ship insured and prepaid; we can't accept CODs. If we made a mistake — you received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective — that one's on us. Email us first at customerservice@sugarbeanjewelry.com before sending anything back, and we'll send a prepaid label and make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the actual outbound shipping cost we paid to fulfill your order. Please allow 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Returning part of a Tila stack
If you return part of a Tila stack, the bracelets you keep are repriced at the stack rate they still qualify for (5 or more: $17.76 each; 3 or 4: $19.68 each; 1 or 2: $24 each), and you're refunded the difference. Example: bought 3 for $59.04, returned 1, kept 2 at $24 each ($48), refund $11.04.

Orders that used a discount code
The savings were spread across the items in your order. You're refunded the amount you actually paid for each item you return.

Returning a gift?
We're happy to issue store credit instead — minus the actual shipping cost incurred to fulfill the order.

Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale on the product page can't be returned or exchanged. Everything else, including pieces bought with a discount code or as part of a Tila stack, can be returned within 30 days.

Purchased through a retail partner?
Please return those directly to the retailer where you bought them — we're not able to process those returns ourselves.
