You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in unworn, original condition. If part of a Tila stack is returned, the kept bracelets are repriced at the stack rate they still qualify for and the difference is refunded.

Sterling silver: our necklaces, studs and huggies, including the Cactus collection, are genuine sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), most plated in 18k gold or white rhodium.
14k gold-filled: our Steadfast bracelets are 14k gold-filled, with a thick layer of real gold bonded to the core, made to sleep, shower and sweat in.
Crystal: our crystal bangles and crystal hoop earrings are hand-set Austrian or Swarovski crystals with 18k gold, rose gold or white rhodium plating.
Japanese glass: our Tila bracelets are Miyuki Tila glass beads from Hiroshima, Japan, hand-strung on stretch cord.
Solid gold: a few fine jewelry pieces are solid 14k gold, and they are labeled as such.

Are your stones real diamonds?

It depends on the piece, and we're upfront about which is which. Most of our sparkle pieces are hand-set with diamond simulant stones (cubic zirconia) — a genuine, industry-recognized material, just not a diamond. A few of our fine jewelry pieces feature genuine mined or lab-grown diamonds, and those are labeled clearly as such. Lab-grown and mined diamonds are chemically identical real diamonds; the only difference is origin.

What's the difference between your crystal pieces?

Our Opal crystal bangles are genuine Swarovski crystal. The rest of our Crystal collection — turquoise, black diamond, and clear crystal styles — are genuine Austrian crystal. Both are real, hand-set crystal; we just believe in telling you exactly which is which.

Can I personalize a piece?

Yes — select necklaces, including our Petite Diamond Initial necklace, can be personalized with the letter of your choice. Just pick your initial from the variant options on the product page.

How fast do you ship?

Your order will ship within 2 business days of ordering — business days only, weekends don't count toward processing time. Ground shipping is a flat $8, and it's free on retail orders over $100. (During the holiday season, we're often able to ship same-day — check for updates during that time.)

How is my order packaged?

Every piece arrives ready to gift: our Steadfast and Sterling collections come nestled in our signature glass bottle packaging inside an SBJ canvas pouch; pieces that don't fit the bottle, like our Crystal bangles and hoops, arrive in the canvas pouch alone, finished with black grosgrain ribbon. Each Tila bracelet comes in its own canvas pouch.
